We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the PermitFlow web application. The interface is keyboard-navigable, supports screen readers, and is tested at common mobile and desktop viewports.
Known limitations
- AI-generated plan annotations are rendered visually; we provide text equivalents in the report panels.
- Signature capture requires pointer input. Customers needing an alternative may sign in person — contact your contractor.
