Use this form to exercise your privacy rights. Available to all residents regardless of state. We respond within 45 days.
We log your name, email, IP, and timestamp to verify the request and maintain a recordkeeping trail. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some records (signed contracts and their audit trails) are retained for at least 8 years per Arizona's statute of repose and cannot be deleted until that period ends.
