Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing PermitFlow (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PermitFlow helps contractors prepare municipal permit applications, HOA submittals, estimates, contracts, and related paperwork. The Service includes AI-generated content (plan annotations, compliance reviews, draft engineering letters, soil indications).
3. Not legal, engineering, or design advice
AI-generated output is provided for convenience only. It is not a substitute for a licensed design professional, structural or civil engineer, plans examiner, attorney, or any authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). Engineering letters drafted by the AI have no code authority unless sealed and signed by a licensed Arizona Professional Engineer. You are solely responsible for verifying all output before submittal, construction, or signature.
4. Your responsibilities
- Maintain accurate license, insurance, and project data.
- Comply with all applicable laws, building codes, and AHJ requirements.
- Obtain customer consent before storing their information or signatures.
- Do not upload content you don't have the right to use.
5. Electronic signatures
Signatures collected through the Service are governed by the federal ESIGN Act and the Arizona Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (A.R.S. § 44-7001 et seq.). See the on-page consent block before signing.
6. Fees, change orders, and lien rights
Estimates and contracts you generate are between you and your customer. PermitFlow is not a party. Arizona contractors are responsible for providing required Preliminary 20-Day Notices, change-order documentation, and the statutory three-day right of cancellation for home-solicited sales (A.R.S. § 44-5004).
7. No warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any permit denial, code violation, project delay, or financial loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PermitFlow harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your submittals to any AHJ, or your customer contracts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for risk to other users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
